Black Pepper Oleoresin

Black Pepper Oleoresin is a natural food additive obtained by extraction of the berries of Piper nigrum L belongs to the family of Piperaceae. It contains 40-41% Piperine and 20-21% volatile oil. It is a free-flowing, olive-green liquid at ambient temperatures, and has a characteristic aroma of pepper with a pungent taste.

We offer Black Pepper Oleoresin extracted by SCF CO2 method or by solvent extraction method which is available in Oil Soluble / Water Soluble having different specification.

Black Pepper Oleoresin is used as flavor enhancer in food products, such as hot sauces, seasoning mixes, and spicy dishes. It is used in flavouring meat products and as a preservative.

Black Pepper oleoresin is widely used in traditional medicinal systems including Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani systems
