Mace Oleoresin
Mace Oleoresin is obtained by extraction of arils or skin covering the shell of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt) seed of the tree belonging to the family of Myristicaceae. It is a semisolid, waxy material. The color of the Mace Oleoresins ranges from pale buff to amber to dark orange, odour and taste are characteristic of nutmeg.
Mace Oleoresin active constituents are Volatile Oil, camphene and pinene. The volatile oil content of this product is 40-41%.
We offer Mace Oleoresin extracted by SCF CO2 method or by solvent extraction method which is available in Oil Soluble / Water Soluble having different specification.
MACE OLEORESIN USES
Mace Oleoresin is used in the creation and/or manufacturing of fragrance and flavor concentrates such as spice and seasoning mixes, for meats, sausages and other food preparations
