Vanilla Oleoresin
Vanilla oleoresin extracted extracted from the long, green, freshly-picked vanilla bean pods from the Vanilla planifolia vine. The vanilla oleoresin produced is a dark, luscious brown color, and thicker in viscosity than honey. The main constituent of vanilla oleoresin is Vanillin.Vanilla oleoresin is almost 100% moisture free, which means it does not easily oxidize and will remain in excellent therapeutic condition for years and years, if stored properly in a dark space at room temperature.
We offer Vanilla oleoresin extracted by SCF CO2 method or by solvent extraction method which is available in Oil Soluble / Water Soluble having different specification.

Use in Food: vanilla oleoresin is use as flavor in baked goods, frozen dairy, fruit juice, and candy
