White Pepper Oleoresin is a natural product obtained by extraction of the decorticated berries of Piper nigrum L.The piperine content is 40-41% and the volatile oil content is 20-21%. White Pepper Oleoresin is an olive green, free-flowing liquid at ambient temperatures.
We offer White Pepper Oleoresin extracted by SCF CO2 method or by solvent extraction method which is available in Oil Soluble / Water Soluble having different specification.
